Presenting a contemporary design, The Coral is a project signed by the atelier PMC Arquitectos, whose focus was based on a geometric matrix of volumes, angles and shadows.
The integration in the surrounding area was a priority and the attention to details was a commitment. The façade stands out due to the pigmented concrete that preserves the terracotta tone, which is typical in this area.
Wide and bright rooms, due to ample windows, create a sense of depth. Benefitting the most from natural light, the atmosphere breathes comfort and peace of mind. The suites, invaded by comfort, include an exclusive leisure area and floor to ceiling windows.
The balconies offer an unforgettable panoramic view over the Cascais village and its Marina.
Placed in the residential area of Gandarinha and only a few metres away from Boca do Inferno, The Coral is quite central, which allows a pedestrian routine to the centre of the villa, the beach or the Marina. Cascais is bike friendly and has a cycling route along the sea that connects the Cascais Marina to the Guincho beach, promoting a peaceful lifestyle and close to the nature.
The Cascais Aerodrome and the Lisbon International Airport are only within a short distance, bringing the world closer to your home.
